Assists people with a disability to achieve their employment goals Helps with every aspect of finding meaningful employment, including job readiness, resume writing, job searches, development with potential employers and work site job coaching * people are supported in a variety of jobs, ranging from office administration to manufacturing and customer service Works with businesses who want to to employ a person with a developmental disability, or a business that has contract work to be completed * employers develop a greater understanding of the abilities of people
